Mr. Winstton Bailey spent a total of 17 years in Pastoral Ministry. He holds an AAS Degree from Richmond Community College in Business, and was awarded a Bachelor of Christian Education and Masters of Divinity from HIS EXCELLENCE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY. During His tenure at Red Ventures He achieved a Level IV out of Level V Ranking by maintaining consistent performance in the top 25%. After losing his wife of 16 years and his mother both to Cancer in 2020, he decided to Reimagine his life by serving families through the Life Insurance Industry. Helping Protect Families during what is considered as one of the greatest Emotional and Financial challenges in the Human Experience, Is The Decision To Care. He is currently licensed in NC, SC, VA, GA, OH, MI, and TX, with plans to expand his business nationwide.
